Privacy Policy Generator
TextEverything runs locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded
Tick a few boxes and get a structured Chinese privacy policy draft: what you collect, how you use it, cookies, third parties, retention, your users’ rights and contact details, ready to copy and edit. Each section is controlled by its own switch — nothing you did not choose is written in (choose no cookies and there is no cookie section; choose no analytics and statistics are not mentioned). ⚠️ This is not legal advice: the wording and mandatory clauses of a privacy policy differ by jurisdiction (GDPR, PIPL and CCPA all differ), so one fixed template cannot be compliant everywhere. The first line of the result says so; check it against your own situation and local law before use. Everything is generated locally.
Features
- Subject type: personal website, company or app — the wording of the draft follows
- Analytics: none, self-hosted only, or Google Analytics
- Independent switches for cookies, email collection and third-party sign-in
- Nine sections: general, what is collected, how it is used, cookies, third parties, retention, your rights, updates, contact
- Options you did not choose never appear (no cookies means no cookie section)
- Optional contact email and effective date, written into the draft
- The first line marks it as not legal advice
- The draft is in Chinese and can be copied whole
How to use

FAQ
- Can I use the generated text as is?
- No. It is a structured draft, not legal advice. The mandatory clauses and wording of a privacy policy differ by jurisdiction (GDPR, PIPL and CCPA all differ), and one template cannot cover them all. Treat it as a starting point: check that every section matches what you actually do, then add or remove clauses for your local law. Consult a professional where compliance risk is involved.
- Why is the draft in Chinese?
- Because a privacy policy is a formal text for your users, and its language should be your choice as the operator, not a switch that follows our interface. So whatever language the interface is in, the generated draft is Chinese; the three languages appear only in the tool’s own notice.
- If I choose no cookies, will a cookie section still appear?
- No. Each section is included or left out by its own switch. A cookie section that appears out of nowhere would be an untrue statement, and would also suggest the tool was not listening to your choice — so anything you did not select is never written in.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. The whole draft is assembled in the browser and the page makes no requests, so it works offline.
