Output

Set the pool size and how many numbers each ticket holds, then generate 1 to 20 tickets. By default no ticket repeats a number, drawn with a partial Fisher–Yates shuffle — even, and it does not slow down as the draw approaches a full pool. Numbers are zero-padded to the pool width (pool 49 gives 01, 02…) so columns line up. The important part: if the pool is too small (say 10 numbers but 12 picks), the tool errors out rather than handing back a ticket with repeats or fewer numbers than asked — which would look like a valid lottery entry when it is not. Everything runs in your browser.

Features

  • Set the pool size (2–100) and numbers per ticket
  • Generate 1 to 20 tickets at once
  • Distinct numbers by default, via a partial shuffle
  • Zero-padded numbers aligned to the pool width
  • Optional sorting of each ticket
  • A seed reproduces the exact same set
  • Errors clearly when the pool is too small, instead of repeating numbers
  • Frequency of each number across all tickets

How to use

  1. Set the pool size (draw from 1 to N)
  2. Set the numbers per ticket and the number of tickets
  3. Optionally sort each ticket, or allow repeats
  4. Results and the frequency table appear immediately

FAQ

What if the pool has 10 numbers but a ticket needs 12?
It errors out and explains why. Distinctness is a promise: if it cannot be kept, say so — never quietly return a ticket with repeats, or fewer numbers than asked for.
How is each number given the same chance?
The distinct draw uses a partial Fisher–Yates shuffle: start with 1..pool, swap the current position with a random one at or after it, for k steps, then take the first k. Every step is uniform, and it does not degrade near a full pool.
What does allowing repeats mean?
With it on, every number in a ticket is drawn independently, so repeats can appear. That suits raffles where the same entry can win twice, and differs from lottery rules.
Is anything uploaded?
No. It is all computed in memory in your browser, no request is made, and it works offline.
